I’m Heidi, and I’m passionate about business, people, and great digital experiences.

With nearly 20 years of experience running businesses (both mine and others’), I’ve learned the value of clarity, consistency, and creativity when it comes to showing up online. I launched Zesty Digital Studio to help small businesses like yours tell their story well – through beautiful websites, clever systems, and digital content that connects with the right people.

Alongside my fantastic team, I now support clients with strategy-led websites, social media content creation, email marketing, and tools like CRMs that make the digital stuff less overwhelming and more effective.

I’m passionate about helping small businesses stand out with unique and engaging designs. I love working with clients to create user-friendly visuals that make a real connection with their audience.

Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in crafting marketing materials, social media content, brand identities, and web and mobile designs. My goal is always to make your brand shine with clear and eye-catching visuals.

When I’m not designing, you’ll often find me pet-sitting a range of animals – from cats and dogs to sheep and peacocks!

Jodie Thorne

I’ve been working in the web industry for over 20 years and have a huge passion for user experience and UX design – making the online customer journey as easy and seamless as possible. I enjoy learning about the people and businesses I’m building websites for.

My main focus in the Zesty Digital Studio team is designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites for a wide range of clients across New Zealand and Australia. This includes everything from redesigning outdated sites to launching brand new ones that reflect each client’s unique voice and goals.

Alongside designing and building websites, I provide ongoing support for our long-term clients. A big part of my role is translating technical tasks into something that feels achievable for even the most non-techy business owner.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the beach in my off-road wheelchair, training my dog Milo for agility competition, or travelling around the country on adventures with Darren and Milo in our wheelchair-access renovated caravan!
